@PissedoffPso Hmmm not sure, unless you have a psychology degree and apply as an assistant psychologist. But you could do a sideways move and stay in probation, we have PDPO’s and PDPSO’s so worth exploring. They are very much part of the team and supported as such.

@AmazonHelp Yes which I replied to with the proof of postage of the incorrect item. They’re refusing to now do this stating the colleague I spoke to would deal with it on tues. She knew I needed the item so said it would be done immediately. Shocking service.
