Madison for example was a completely unheard of name for a girl until the movie Splash (1984) and now it's 29th most popular

Look I like the steam machine in theory but there have been massive missteps for it. Some their own fault some outside of their control.

I'll go with the easiest way this could've been avoided. Always assume the person misunderstood you and restate where you think the misunderstanding or silence is always a valid option if you think the person is being a dick.
