@1752vc since you're investing in early-stage startups, asking founders to pay to optimize a deck which feeds directly into your 'submit for funding' pipeline means you're essentially asking founders to pay to pitch to you.
tools built for deal flow should lower friction for founders.
@nicomoel this! Founders need to go into the process informed and well versed in the behavior, vernacular and tactics of investors, otherwise they're fighting a losing battle. Glad other people are calling attention to the process!
@MicroLaunchHQ We've been iterating on our new tool to help hold investors accountable for bad term sheets, illegal behavior, ghosting, and other misc pain points in the investment process!

@suraj_sharma14 absolutely! that's one of the reasons we're tracking investors, vcs + accelerators. we want to ensure they are respectful of founders and their time.
@sridharfyi We're building a VC + Investor accountability tool. Founders can submit anonymous reports about bad experiences, bad term sheets, illegal behavior + ghosting, which is compiled into an overall score for that VC or investor.

@garrytan You can tell when VCs are getting shit from their LPs when they start trying to oversell the technology that is a requirement for any of their investments to return money.
