Just finished listening to the new @JSJabber episode with @tannerlinsley on @tan_stack.
Apart from it being a real good episode with one of the best guys in tech, I want to thank @DanShappir for shouting out @vestjs validations framework right there at the start🤩
Building in public! The future is near🎉
Added a feature to my AI agent with only AI!
Also, generated complex ngx-vest-forms form by my best-practices with @vestjs . The future is near folks!
If you are interested, at the end I propose a workshop to help you achieve the same!🤓
So, this is a head-scratcher...
I searched for @vestjs on YouTube and stumbled upon a bunch of "Vest" and @angular(js) "tutorials" from before I even created the library.
And they're all just about PICKLES! 🥒
What part of the multiverse is this?!
@DanielGlejzner Template driven with vest for validation and now looking to use https://t.co/aMpo4YeFaH from @brechtbilliet
I watched an amazing video from Ward Bell years ago that confirmed Template Driven all the way, so much boiler plate with reactive forms

I recently got a github issue on @vestjs that forms with more than 150 fields experience slow initial startup time.
Late night profiling and debugging the library I was able to get it from 170ms down to 22ms. Pretty happy about this result.
So I got this pretty interesting issue in the @vestjs repo about forms with many inputs being slow to validate.
This turned into a pretty fun weekend project dissecting and profiling Vest trying to find the inefficiencies
Almost vacation... I am creating a free tutorial on how to set up form arrays with #angular template-driven forms and @vestjs , including complex validations.
A form to add business hours, with a lot of validation complexity. Stay tuned🤓
I pasted my validation logic
I made complex #Angular forms simple for you🥰!
Template-driven forms with @vestjs validations on steroids in a new npm package.
New documentation!
I invested a lot of research/hard work and refactoring in this. If you like it... ⭐️ please🤓

It's always cool to find new Vest integrations. This @angular integration is especially awesome and you can see the amount of effort @brechtbilliet put into it!
I just came across this cool new project by @brechtbilliet. It's called ngx-vest-forms, a @vestjs@angular adapter.
I'm really excited to see what people build with it.
I'm thinking about writing a @vestjs best practices article for #Angular users.
🚀 Focus on performance
🚀 Focus on composability
🚀 Focus on passing state
🚀 Focus on not breaking the Vest state system
Is that something you would be interested in?
Let me know!
@brechtbilliet@the_ult_dev I think that there are strategies to overcome that and there are some vest features that are enhanced using the internal state, but that's also a valid approach
I'll update my content about template-driven forms after my vacation but y'all should use staticSuite() instead of create() now. Updated my opensource examples. We should use Angular form state instead of Vest state (at least for Angular)
