Bruh interviewing right now is such a trip. There's a massive labor shortage in our industry but these hiring managers are out here trying to act like we're still worthless while also hiring straight-up warm bodies for $4/h more than they pay their current staff

Don’t get me wrong, we should’ve stopped the appointment as soon as it was established that he wasn’t properly medicated. But that’s a management issue, which is far above my pay grade. We don’t really feel like we have a say in these situations.
