@UtahGov adopted this horizontal tricolor today! Blue stripe =state’s skies, white middle forms five mountain peaks, & the lower red represent’s southern Utah's landscapes. The beehive encapsulates the state’s motto “Industry”

🇰🇬 On December 26th 2023 Kyrgyzstan straightened the wavy sun rays because of the perceived similarity to a sunflower. Congrats on the switch! The people of Kansas will gladly take the sunflower🌻😉

After discussion the commission is now finalizing its votes to narrow to five flags. Each member has 5 stickers.

Regardless of whatever happens today it’s clear that @NorthStarFlag has had a profound impact on Minnesota’s redesign process. Beloved by the vexillological community, well done. ⭐️

The commission is now discussing how intricate they’d like a star to be.

Top vote getters from the first round of voting. Discussion included lack of contrasting colors, symbol meanings, use of Flag Waver. Despite the top two getting the most votes the reviews have been very mixed. The historic @NorthStarFlag remains in the mix thus far.
