@HelpAtGeorge Placed an order yesterday and paid for next day delivery. Confirmation received stating delivery would be today (Mon 30th) but nothing received. Checked tracking and dispatched last night but Evri tracking says ‘We’re expecting it’ - so not even with courier yet?!

@jet2tweets Pls confirm - 2 x infant/child items (cot/buggy/car seat) - is the free 10kg allowance per item or in total per child across the 2 items? Info online is not clear so spoke to call centre who said it was per item - so confusing!

@jet2tweets That’s what I thought, but customer services explicitly said so long as each item didn’t weigh over 10kg then it was fine! Just to be clear - my infant needs her car seat & pushchair, but they can’t weigh more than 10kg together? Don’t want to get hit with excess baggage fees!

Same! Since using Yodel (& increasing the delivery charge) we have had 2 recent boxes not turn up. We have a newborn & rely upon these boxes being delivered (& on time). Yday tracking said delivery by 5:30pm. Yodel msgd @ 9pm - too late to do anything! Communication is awful
