@angelnily that is a concept and its called body recomp! where you eat around 200-300 less than your maintenance while focusing protein and fiber. this way your body builds muscle while shedding fat! however you MUST workout and eat enough protein or else you don't get the right results.

@katharinak84031 honestly? no. i've been wearing them for two months and i probably would've looked the same without them. however i like them to hide when i'm bloated and it helps w/ my posture! some say it helps with flared ribs but i haven't experienced that
@txvvvvvaaa i take peps. its on my page. i used to eat 1500 on them while working out but since i burn crazy kcal at my job i stopped working out and started eating less. i'm still skinny fat asf though so pls workout
59. new vial came in! haven't weighed myself since i worked out last night and i'm kind of bloated. wearing a waist trainer after i ate at work to hide that i'm crazy bloated. BUT my job has a gym i use now so yay 😋
