My legal VICTORY against YouTube is now officially trending on X and across the industry. The YouTuber mentioned in the @Dexerto article? It's me ⬇️
A couple of days ago marked exactly one year since YouTube terminated my channel.
During that year, I did something most creators think is impossible: I won a legal case against YouTube via a European Union certified dispute body.
They reviewed everything and made the decision - the termination of my channel was NOT RIGHTFUL and the channel should be reinstated.
@TeamYouTube - if you really wanted so much to punish me for something, believe me, you've already punished me enough this year. Please honor the legal decision and reinstate my channel.
I fought fairly using every legitimate tool available to defend my creator rights, and I WON. I'm not asking for special treatment - I'm asking you to acknowledge the decision and follow the law.
Since my case gained attention, I've been flooded with messages from other affected creators facing the same nightmare:
➡️ Terminated for "spam" they never committed
➡️ "Circumvention" bans with zero prior terminations
➡️ Appeals rejected by bots in seconds
All the creators deserve fair human review and justice!
I have the law on my side. I have this incredible community behind me, and I'm forever grateful for all of your support! ❤️
The entire YouTube appeal system is designed with one thing in mind - to make creators give up ASAP. I know because I've lived it for a year. But after coming this far? Giving up isn't an option.
📢 URGENT: Reinstate All Wrongfully Terminated Channels!
Dear @TeamYouTube and @NealMohan,
I am writing not just for myself, but for all creators whose voices have been silenced without reason. Our channels are more than accounts—they are our dreams, our hard work, our communities. And yet, one by one, they are being terminated without proper explanation.
Some say it’s spam. Some say incentivization. Some say copyright. But many of us never knowingly violated any rules. We followed the guidelines, poured our hearts into our content, and still—our channels vanish.
I have personally faced this injustice. I lost my channel despite giving my 100% effort. I tried contacting support, but all I got were automated replies and vague reasons. Meanwhile, big creators seem to get responses quickly, leaving small creators like me ignored.
We are creators, not numbers. We are passionate individuals working tirelessly to create content that educates, entertains, and inspires. Losing a channel means losing our voice, our audience, and in many cases, our livelihood.
We are asking YouTube to:
Reinstate all wrongfully terminated channels immediately.
Provide real human support and clear communication to affected creators.
Investigate system errors and ensure small creators are treated fairly.
Restore the trust that creators once had in YouTube.
This is not just my fight—it’s our fight. Every creator who has lost their channel, every voice silenced, every dream paused—we all deserve justice. By supporting this post, you are not only helping me, but you are helping the entire creator community regain their rightful place on YouTube.
We are begging for fairness, transparency, and respect. Our channels are our hearts, our work, and our voices. Please hear us, act, and reinstate our channels.

I never imagined that after building a 9.46 MILLION subscriber channel from scratch, my entire career could be erased overnight with one automated decision.
Organic growth 📈 💯
⚫200Million Plus monthly views
⚫64 Million Real Time views
⚫100K organic subscribers every month.
⚫2 Billion Total views.
Reason of termination : Using Robots or Automated system to gain views and suscribers 😂
Years of hard work gone in seconds because @YouTube’s AI “thought” it was spam. And no, I’m not staying quiet about it.
Because YouTube only fixes cases when they go viral otherwise real creators are told “original decision stands,” without a proper human review.
I know I’m not the only one. Thousands of creators are silently losing their careers because the system can’t tell the difference between a bot attack and genuine growth.
If you believe creators deserve fairness, transparency and REAL human reviews please share this so @TeamYouTube finally sees it.
If YouTube truly cares about creators they will fix this. If not, then every hardworking creator is at risk.

I started my YouTube journey and ended it all in November 2025
14 days in the Partner Program. My channel has Only 3 videos. My first 2 videos got 2M+ views in less than two weeks.
YouTube ended everything before I even Started. YouTube’s AI flagged my channel by mistake, all because my channel blew up in the first two weeks.
It was a short journey, but before that I spent months learning, taking courses, practicing editing, and figuring out how to make real, honest content — no clickbait, no misleading, no violence, nothing sketchy… just history and true-crime stories.
People loved my videos. +1000 of comments asking for more videos.
So I made the third video and uploaded it Unlisted first.
I saw the audio cut out in one part, so I fixed it and uploaded it again as Public.
8 days passed without uploading anything.
Then out of nowhere, my channel got deleted.
YouTube said it was for MULTIPLE violations of “ spam and scams” — which makes no sense.
I only had 3 videos… No suspicious links, No spam, nothing misleading.
The crazy part is that my videos were being stolen — even my thumbnails — and those channels were monetized by YouTube.
I didn’t even get the chance to report them. My whole journey started and ended in just 14 days, and somehow I’m the one who got removed even though everyone was stealing my content.
I really need your help to get my channel back.
I’m fighting this alone, and I’ve seen so many creators get their channels restored.
I just want the same — a fair review and my channel back.

You really cannot make this up
AI generated scenarios generated by me, then edited by me, and posted on my shorts channel
And YouTube is STILL coming at me with "Reused content" as if I was taking it from someone else
I had this same issue 1 year ago, and I lost monetization to a channel that had over 200k subs, it sucked (I was using submitted videos, then transforming with voiceover and editing)
Then when AI videos became a thing I thought, "Wow, we don't have to worry about reused content anymore because we don't need to transform other people's content, so there is no room for misunderstanding."
Clearly I was extremely wrong.
@YouTubeInsider@TeamYouTube would love some guidance here, since I have to submit an appeal and I am concerned at what the ACTUAL YouTube guidelines are since I am being hit with this.
Any likes and RTs would be appreciated as well ;)
Hey @TeamYouTube, I'm really confused and honestly don’t know what to do anymore.
Today I finally received a reply through email… and support advised me to use another active channel (mine or someone else’s) to access the Creator Support Chat.
My 40k+ true crime channel was terminated 88 days ago for “circumvention,” even though I have never had another channel removed before (and yes, I checked).
And the suggested solution is to use a different channel to get support? I genuinely don’t understand how that makes sense.
So the solution to a circumvention termination… is to circumvent the system using another channel? I honestly don’t know what to say.
I definitely don’t want to risk any of my friends’ or family members’ channels by contacting support through their accounts, since that would actually be circumvention. So I’m left with no safe options at all.
I would gladly use my own Creator Support Chat, but deleted channels instantly lose access to chat support, even if they were in YPP.
I didn’t break the rules. I never tried to evade a ban. And I don't want to put anyone else’s channel at risk.
@TeamYouTube, please review this manually. I just want this mistake to be resolved.

This tweet is for anyone who feels they've been falsely banned by AI moderation tools on YouTube or Meta platforms. I'm looking to collect additional cases from both normal users and content creators.
These cases will be reviewed and compiled into a package that I'll present to Senate staff members. They may also be used to support any additional efforts on other fronts being led by other people.
Email your case to [email protected]
Please provide as much information as you reasonably can. Including examples of content, support logs, and any violations they claim that occurred (or lack there of).
Hey @TeamYouTube , AI moderation on YouTube is killing creators. I’ve lost two channels , both with over 100k subs, each making around $10k/month and all because of broken automated systems that can’t understand context or intent. Not once did I speak to a real human. Every “appeal” and “review” was just AI bots spamming the same copy-paste garbage.
Creators have zero protection when bots are the judge, jury, and executioner. Banning a channel should only be done by real human reviewers — not this AI nonsense that destroys livelihoods overnight.
At this point, the only ways to fight back are to go viral on Twitter or lawyer up. I’m done staying quiet. I’m drafting a letter to my lawyer and pushing back hard. @TeamYouTube — this has gone too far. #YouTube #AI #Creators #FreeSpeech
@vfxnikk@bissbtc this edit is pretty good, i would change the text position of "as quickly as possible" and "close attention" because its harder to read going from across the screen.
