"Every bank must offer Zero deposit account"

Most banks don't tell this to customers and ask for deposits

If this boy was not offered Zero deposit account even on enquiry

RBI ombudsman should fine both the manager and HDFC Bank

Banks must follow RBI rules and work towards financial inclusion of the poorest

This is completely unacceptable not only from HDFC Bank but from any Bank

You cannot force customer to maintain minimum balance account
Zero deposit accounts must also be offered

The catering vendor charged me ₹140 for food worth ₹80. After I complained, the vendor came back to me and returned only ₹10, saying that only ₹130 would be charged.

When I asked about the validity of the ₹130 price and the bill, the vendor showed arrogance and rudeness and walked away from there.

First charging ₹140, then returning only ₹10 after the complaint, and taking ₹130 without a proper bill/explanation is a serious irregularity. Additionally, the quality of the food was poor and the quantity was also less.

Please identify the concerned vendor, investigate the billing records, prescribed tariff, and sales receipts, and take appropriate action if found guilty.

Who owns the big bungalows, farm houses, big showroom, lavish weddings, fortuners? Must be salaried class as per the income tax department.
