@amazonIN@AmazonHelp@JeffBezos Long-time Amazon user, But the one time I bought something expensive Garmin watch of 529990 it turned into a nightmare. Returned it due to scratches, and now Amazon says no refund AND they won’t return the product either. Extremely disappointing.

Hi @LibertyGILtd , It is shameful that I have to complain for a insurance company who do not serve customers post renewal of policy. I have been trying to contact your customer support, your agent who sold the policy, but nobody is resolving the issue.
