This multimillionaire RAF beneficiary from Vosloorus, who once struggled to get a girlfriend from his own street, reportedly pulled up at Nando's like a whole government minister.
According to people who were there, he walked in and told the manager:
"Close the store, chief. Today I'm buying food for the whole street.
Zimbabwe 🇿🇼 and South Africa 🇿🇦 could have been one country.
1. In 1922, voters in Southern Rhodesia (now Zimbabwe) were given the choice of joining South Africa.
2. They rejected the proposal and chose self-government instead, keeping the two territories on separate paths.

🚨🎙️| Roy Keane: 🗣️"I don't understand that outrage about Arsenal and Mikel Arteta pulling players out of international duties; be it because of injury or caution, it's nothing new.
We all saw Alex Ferguson do it year in year out with Manchester United; he wouldn't play key players like Rooney, Rio and others for more than 45 mins and then pull them out by faking injury so they didn't go for international duties or would pull them out when they were with their national teams. The evidence is littered on the Internet.
Mikel Arteta must do what he needs to do for caution purposes; they are competing for the treble, and they need all hands."
Not really strange. A lot of people do this legally. There is a property developer in Pretoria who also does this with the apartment blocks he builds. If he builds an apartment block on 21 John Street, then he opens a company called "21 John Street (Pty) Ltd" and that company will own that building ONLY.
Liability for that building is limited to that company instead of your entire estate. Tax is also handled separately. It is also great for selling because the new owner won't need to pay transfer costs (You don't sell the property, you change directorship of the company to the new owners and they automatically own the property).
So, in isolation, it is not strange for a new company to own a multimillion rand property.
