I placed an order for a fiber connection on 17th August and am still waiting for the call from the concerned team. Today is the 24th of August if this is the service you guys provide at the time of connection it's better to take other network.

@AshwiniVaishnaw @RailwaySeva @RailMinIndia Last year same time train delayed more than 6hrs so I missed connecting train. I was worried about late running train so this time taken 9hrs gap between connecting train now train has cancelled. Train no 12859 CSTM TO HOWRAH.
