What’s really good about SDD is the planning phase (the presence, not the past)

- grill me is what you need
- you can build on top of that with „simplify, test contracts, etc”
- plan only the needed part, don’t overthink it

- We’re testing openspec at big scale at Allegro and people really don’t want to import their Jira tickets(yes, PRD is like your Jira ticket) into the git repository.

- you don’t fine on codebase - you use skills and mcps
- fine tuning is expensive and it doesn’t improve code unless you use COBOL or other crazy different stack
