👉 TRAI और दूरसंचार मंत्रालय आखिर कर क्या रहे हैं — क्या उन्हें नहीं दिखता कि ये “मोनोपॉली” बन चुकी है?
👉 जो लोग सिर्फ कॉल करना चाहते हैं, उनसे हर महीने 200–300 रुपए वसूलना क्या लूट नहीं है?
👉 क्या अब मोबाइल रखना भी अमीरों का हक़ बन जाएगा?

जनता पूछ रही है — जब डेटा नहीं चाहिए तो डेटा के नाम पर मजबूरी क्यों?
सरकार जवाब दे, ये कंपनियां नहीं — पब्लिक प्रॉब्लम बन चुकी हैं।

A woman doctor serving at a government hospital in Satara district has Allegedly died due to #suicide , leaving behind a suicide note written on her hand.

In that chilling note, she accused PSI Gopal Badane of raping her repeatedly over five months, and alleged that another officer, Prashant Bankar, mentally harassed and intimidated her throughout this period.

This is not just a crime - it’s a monstrous betrayal of power and trust.
When those sworn to protect become predators, the entire system stands guilty.

Corruption in Bihar is rampant.

Baaki sab dept ka to sab ko pata hi hoga.

I'll tell a bit about health department.

No pvt nursing college in Bihar conducts regular classes and practicals as per the guidelines of Nursing council.
And Govt colleges do run classes and practicals to an extent but students ko bina paise diye theory aur practical exams me pass nahi karte. Fix rates hain per subject per practical. Agar aap padh ke bhi pass karna chaho to wo option hi nahi hai. So, koi padhai nahi karta bas degree le lete hain.

And that's why the quality of Nursing staff passing from Bihar is worst.
You'll find many people passing from pvt colleges who haven't seen even the wards of any hospital. Patients ko care karna injection and tablets dena ye sab to door ki baat hai.

Isliye AIIMS Patna me maximum nursing staff bahar ke hain, approx 40% are from Rajasthan.

Next, coming to the "Transfer-Posting" industry of health ministry in Bihar.

Doctors ko as MO (Medical Officer), SMO (Specialist Medical Officer), SR (Senior Residents) & AP (Assistant Professors) in posts par Bihar govt ki taraf se appoint kiya jata hai.

Sabse pahle jo inki vacancies kab aayengi iska koi time frame nahi hai, koi thikana nahi hai.
Zyadatar 4-5 saal me aate hain chunavi saal me. Jabki dusre states me har saal ya zarurat padne par saal me 2 baar (on Ad-hoc basis) nikalta hai vacancy.

Ab jab vacancy aati hai to uske selection ke liye abhi to kaafi kuch transparent jaisa dikh raha hai, kuch posts me point basis par hai aur kuch me exam basis par hai.
Lekin jo posting hoti hai usme fir rate fix hai and expectedly Patna ke rates highest hain.
Waise hi aapko agar apni manpasand posting nahi mili aur baad me transfer chahte hain to uske liye bhi rate fixed hai aur ye sab Paisa niche se upar minister tak sab ko jata hai.

Abhi recently pata chala ki IGIMS, Patna jo ki Bihar govt ka ek autonomous and prestigious institute hai, usme AP ki post ke liye rates hain aur boli lagti hai wo department aur demand-supply ke hisab se rate hota hai.
30-40Lakh minimum hai aur 60-80 tak bhi ja sakta hai 🫡

I was shocked to know all this. I've never heard such things during my UG in MH and PG in RJ.
Although corruption is everywhere but Bihar has more corruption in certain departments.

Another point is when any doctor wants to get registered with Bihar council of Medical Registration, first of all there is no website!!
Secondly their office is situated in such a place that it's difficult to find out and the building is very old.
Thirdly, they do not accept online payment and ask for "Postal orders" for payment!!
Fourth, the officials sitting there ask for "kharcha paani" which is minimum ₹500 and may be more if you need urgent registration.

In total, time to time I've registered with 4 state medical councils, MH, DL, RJ & BR. All the other places had website where you can apply and pay online (Although for documents verification you have to visit their office) and in no other state anyone asked for "kharcha paani"!!
