A crude search of the word "transgender" in 1 exhaustive intl urology clinical care guideline shows 0 hits in 2020, and 9 hits for the 2021 ed. In a 2016 uro textbook its in one 3paragraph section (+some scattered references), in the 2019 version its 1 chapter. Long way to go
