Stop Watching Others Launch Your Idea! | From Idea → Build‑Ready in 10min | VibecodexAI turns notebook scribbles into a plug‑and‑play build kit | by @Kiri11_Shi
What we are seeing now all over the world with crime and immigrants aren’t isolated phenomena but direct outcomes of centuries of Western imperialism, colonialism, and post-colonial interventions.
I switched from Cursor to Claude Code and the results are absolutely insane 🤯
For just $100-200/month you get $1000s worth of API credits AND it actually follows instructions way better
Here’s my complete system for 10x coding productivity with Claude Code:
@cjzafir The quality of your product is questionable. I use @vibecodexai - this is a game changer now! With interactive task dashboard which splits everything with tasks and prompts
Part 3 - Conversational Agents: Recommended Approach
Why Self-Modification Works Well for Conversations
✅ Real-time adaptation - Conversations happen fast, can’t wait for external evaluator
✅ Context sensitivity - Conversational agent understands user personality, conversation history, emotional state
✅ Immediate feedback - User reactions provide instant signals about conversation quality
✅ Personal relationship building - Agent needs to adapt to individual user preferences
But With External Evaluation for Safety
✅ Content moderation - Separate agent monitors for inappropriate responses
✅ Quality assurance - Periodic review of conversation patterns and outcomes
✅ Bias detection- External agent checks for discriminatory or problematic patterns
🖥️ Monitoring Poor Performance in Conversations
🧑🏾🎤User Behavior Signals
Immediate indicators:
- User repeats the same question (agent didn’t understand)
- User says “that’s not what I asked” or similar frustration
- User abandons conversation mid-flow
- User requests to speak to human
- User provides explicit negative feedback
Conversation flow indicators:
- Conversation length dramatically shorter than average
- High number of clarification requests
- User doesn’t engage with agent’s suggestions
- Multiple topic changes without resolution
Engagement quality:
- Decreased user response time (losing interest)
- Shorter user messages over time
- Formal language when conversation started casual
- Repetitive user responses
🦾 Automated Scoring Systems
Response Quality Metrics:
- Relevance to user query (semantic similarity)
- Appropriateness of tone for context
- Information accuracy and completeness
- Conversation flow smoothness
User Satisfaction Proxy Metrics:
- Conversation completion rate
- User return rate for future conversations
- Time to resolution for support conversations
- Task success rate (for goal-oriented chats)
😎 Multi-Agent Monitoring Architecture
Real-time Monitor Agent:
- Watches for immediate red flags (toxicity, off-topic responses)
- Intervenes when conversation goes off rails
- Provides live coaching to conversational agent
Quality Assessment Agent:
- Reviews completed conversations for learning opportunities
- Identifies patterns in successful vs. unsuccessful interactions
- Updates evaluation criteria based on aggregate performance
User Experience Agent:
- Specializes in detecting user frustration and satisfaction
- Monitors emotional tone and engagement levels
- Provides feedback on conversation effectiveness

Part 2 of AI Agents self learning series!
⁉️Who Changes the Prompt?
The Agent Changes Its Own Prompts🤨
The agent itself modifies its evaluation prompts based on experience. It’s not a human manually updating them.
🧀 How This Works:
Step 1: Agent has initial system prompt
“You are a code reviewer. Check if code works correctly.”
Step 2: Agent gets feedback that it missed important issue:
Feedback: “Your review missed security vulnerabilities”
Step 3: Agent updates its own prompt
The agent literally rewrites its system prompt to: “You are a code reviewer. Check if code works correctly. Always scan for security vulnerabilities including SQL injection, XSS, and authentication bypasses.”
🅾️ Types of Prompt Updates
System Prompt Evolution
Yes, the main system prompt that defines the agent’s role and criteria gets updated.
Dynamic Context Injection
Additional instructions get added to the context for specific situations.
Evaluation Framework Prompts
Specialized prompts for the evaluation phase specifically.

Continuing with why @boltdotnew is garbage and nobody fixing it.
Just look at the video, this is tech of GPT 3.5 a year ago. Ok, you build guys a hackathon, but who will use this after? Nobody
Actually you exposing that you are not capable of creating competitive product for thousands of people who are participating. I must be fixed BEFORE the hackathon. But most people will not tell you this, because in the West nobody like the truth :) You are lucky to have me.
Yes, this sounds unpleasant - but it's true, and I disappointed of this quality.
We got too much latest updates of AI coding tools, so the question is - what are you using and why this exactly:
1. @cursor_ai
2. @windsurf_ai
3. @claude_code
Day… mmm 🤔 I forgot… ok just my daily report of @boltdotnew hackathon
1. After my yesterday’s frustration about the Bolt platform, @EricSimons contacted me and asked what’s wrong 👍 I hope my reply will help them fix this and we’re waiting for Claude Sonnet 4 (instead of GPT 3.5 😂) hopefully coming soon
2. Working on my mood board for @hikariya_ai - want the best Japanese-style design 🇯🇵
3. Don’t forget! Planning is an essential part of building your app. If you still haven’t done it, now’s the time - use @vibecodexai and you’ll also get our brand new task dashboard with all prompts for your project ready to be copied into Bolt
Happy building everyone ❤️
Day 5 of @boltdotnew hackathon update 📟 + honest review…
✅ I finally finalized the concept for the landing page - style, components and overall marketing copy.
✅ Also got an idea 💡- why not ask potential customers to be early investors? They can purchase a one-year subscription NOW with 70% discount! + some other perks and customer advisory board membership
❌ Started building the landing page using the welcome package from @boltdotnew and what a surprise… After one year of daily usage of @cursor_ai and @windsurf_ai, Bolt unfortunately feels like garbage… It can’t even fix errors in one, even 2,3,4,5 shots, I spent around 10! and its agentic and coding capabilities are the same as coding with ChatGPT UI from a year ago…
Guys… maybe put that $1M prize into product development…? You definitely need to fix this.
The only thing saving me is @vibecodexai planning tool which gives a huge and detailed context and guidelines for Bolt, without this… not possible to use
Day 4 of @boltdotnew hackathon.
1. Got a name for the project - Hikariya (Japanese - house of light)
2. Now I can reveal the idea - an AI anime-style therapist friend. Personalized, engaging AI therapist to support people with day-to-day stress and anxiety, especially from financial uncertainty and corporate/society pressure.
3. Target market - 1. Asia 2. Global
Why Asia? Huge problem with stigma and social shame around working with mental health therapists. Especially in countries like Japan and Korea.
✅ The solution - game-based anime AI friend with deep personalization and learning that helps and supports people in these situations. Includes therapy sessions with high motivation to complete them through gamification.
Day 3 of @boltdotnew hackathon update!
I'm still in Kuala Lumpur without my laptop, and burned through my Manus credits 🤪 but I want to talk about an engineering challenge.
This is a perfect example of why you need to plan in advance.
I'm living in a 70-floor building. Each floor has 20 apartments = 1,400 apartments total. All apartments are Airbnb with high turnover throughout the day.
There are only 4 high-speed elevators for the building, but one is staff-only, so we have only 3 for guests. Each elevator fits max 12 people.
It takes around 10 minutes to go up and down - 7 of those minutes are just waiting for an elevator to reach you.
Conclusion: when the developer built these apartments, they didn't think about demand or how many people would be moving through daily. Now there's a bottleneck that's impossible to fix.
Don't be that developer. Plan in advance!
World's largest hackathon tips!

Day 1 of @boltdotnew Hackathon.
So the main idea is to start from scratch.
And I think the most important thing if you want to make a product people need and love is to start testing it right away.
For this, I’m doing marketing research and creating a Go-To-Market strategy.
And yeah, I’m not a marketing specialist. That’s why I’m watching @gregisenberg and @boringmarketer videos - they’re actually good at explaining how to do this.
My goal is to create a concept and landing page from the beginning and start testing my idea with traffic and social media.
While I’m testing, I’ll start creating an MVP, but the testing will give me real user feedback so I can adjust my product on the fly.
Starting my new journey with @boltdotnew hackathon.
I was building @vibecodexai for the last months and completely forgot about this event until recovering message to my email. No I understand, to completely change my life I need to have multiple shots.
So I decided to go for hackathon with completely separate and new Idea.
Thinking and refining my notes and @manusai deep research for idea, but actually come up with something great 👍
Good luck everyone who are participating!
My Cursor Agent workflow after 6 months of daily use.
I've refined a development approach using Cursor Agent that's worth sharing. Here's what actually works:
Three-Layer Foundation:
Instead of fighting AI hallucinations, I prevent them with structured documentation:
• Project Rules (`.cursor/rules`): Technical specs, coding standards, architecture decisions
• Context Files: API schemas, database models, component patterns
• Implementation Guides: Step-by-step feature breakdowns
Model Specialization Strategy
Different models excel at different tasks. My current allocation:
• Claude Sonnet 4: System architecture, complex refactoring, code reviews
• Gemini Pro 2.5: Large codebase analysis, documentation generation
• Claude Sonnet 4: Feature implementation, debugging, repetitive tasks
Real Example: Building user authentication:
- Sonnet 4 designed the security architecture
- Gemini analyzed existing auth patterns across 200+ files
- Claude Sonnet 4 implemented the login components in 20 minutes
Detailed Planning Pays Off
Breaking features into 50+ granular steps eliminates ambiguity. Instead of "build dashboard":
1. Create route structure
2. Design loading states
3. Build metric cards
4. Implement data fetching
5. Add error boundaries
...and 45 more specific tasks
MCP Integration Impact
Model Context Protocol connections are genuinely useful:
- Supabase MCP: Direct database operations
- Vercel MCP: Automated deployments
- GitHub MCP: PR and issue management
Actual Results:
Recent project: Full-stack SaaS platform:
- Timeline: 2 weeks (previously 6-8 weeks)
- Code quality: Maintained through automated reviews
- Bug rate: Reduced by ~60% due to better planning
Key Insight: The documentation upfront feels slow, but eliminates countless debugging hours later. - use @vibecodexai
What's working in your AI-assisted development workflow?
🤯 Humans have this fatal flaw:
we’re either obsessing over tomorrow or stuck in yesterday, completely missing the only moment that actually exists.
❌We doom-scroll about climate change while avoiding the gym.
❌Plan elaborate futures while ignoring present opportunities.
❌Worry about retirement while skipping dinner with friends tonight.
💩 We’ve turned “living in the moment” into another item on our optimization to-do list, missing the irony entirely.
The most dangerous human habit? Believing life happens somewhere else, sometime else, to someone else.
It’s happening right here. Right now. To you.
Stop waiting. Start living now. Start making your dream projects now!!
