• Even messages people send to you

All of it can be fed into their AI models.

And yes - they made the opt-out process intentionally confusing and desktop-only so most people won’t do it.

Behind every word is a thought.
That thought is not a word, it's a meaning.
If you try finding the thought behind the word, it will feel fuzzy, imprecise. That's because meaning is many relations. It's not discrete or singular like words.

When you speak or write, a part of your mind is finding word relations to the meanings in your mind in real time.

Pretty cool capacity, IMO.
The problem happens when we assume the word IS the meaning and we stop at the word.

Your mind is far more capable without words, and your subconscious thinks in meaning...which is why it seems so difficult to hear.

But if you spend time listening to your thoughts that aren't words, you will find far more knowledge than you ever imagined possible.
