@sardesairajdeep Fyi The Constitution itself distinguishes between citizens eligible to vote and those who are not. A citizen below 18 cannot vote; a citizen aged 18 or above is not automatically entitled to vote irrespective of legal disqualifications or electoral registration requirements.
