You expect me to wait at the reception till you sort your system and staff basis leaves and working days and hours ? And not be able to share just a policy kit on email / WhatsApp. 4 days for this basic ask especially when your systems are failing.

Tried calling this number. They also say it will take 4 working days. Unable to admit patient for a cashless hospitalisation
IL Care also not working for policy taken before 2015.

Called the same. They said they will take 4 working days to send the policy kit. IL Take Care app needs card ID to share the card. Too many apps. Difficult..

This could be a matter of life and death and this is such a poor facility by ICICI Pru. A policy document should be available with ease on the app or portal and on urgent basis in email / WhatsApp especially when icici systems aren't working.
