He's fixing the insane PROCESS independent ranchers have to go through to get their beef to the market. Right now, regulations force many local cattle producers to send their stock hundreds of miles to massive processing conglomerates just to get USDA approval. But U.S. Agriculture @SecRollins says Trump will address this without altering food safety standards:

“We have a whole series of announcements all week. One of the five we're announcing today is on that exact question… We have inspectors in every single state. We just have to enter into agreements immediately that will allow, for example, your beef to sell across state lines. But that's just one of about a hundred things we've been doing, or going to be doing, to make this easier for our ranchers and to provide a better market for them."
