@Tesco One of them couldn't find what they were looking for so the others were helping find it. I totally understand that between team social distanceing tends not to happen and proberly between customers we are all guilty of not doing it at times but I found this really uncomfortable

@Tesco been in your Solihull branch today, usually feel quite safe shopping however today 4 of your team decided not to wait for me to finish looking at some items and surround me while reaching over me! What happened to the 2m rule? Does it not apply to the team with customers?

@Tesco Hi Ian sorry for the delay!! It was on the 21st of December around 7.30/8am. Not sure who they were but they were doing the click and collect shopping. I was taking my time which I know can be frustrating when you need something but a simple excuse me would of been fair.
