@SearsHomeExpert can I get someone from leadership to give me a call??? We have been hoping that our washer can get up and running since November 17, 2024 for long than a day or two after another random part replacement. Had me eating 5 hours today before cancellation!

@JetBlue Thanks for killing 2 full days of my family vacation with cancellations, delays and now having us sit on the tarmac for over an hour because there are no open gates, but the flight that arrived after us, zips right by us to the only open gate…..still just sitting here…..
