To finalise, and to answer again to my heading, I think @Amazon has to provide solutions, that are in their hands (like users APIs) to adapt to reality/requests. Using data that is not based in reality is less trustable. And this is key to lead this competitive market.💻

You might say: Well, you can always make a new account and have the free month again. But that is not the issue and my worry. My point is: A company has imposed a service that I did not signed, and even reacting quick and contacting them there is no going back. Which brings me to

all of us working in any field of the different uses of technology should build human-centered 🧍procedures, and in this specific case, been able to give the client the possibility to retract if the problem was originated by the technology.
