@TUIUK our flight from Kos to Gatwick on 24/9 was changed to an Avion craft. What a disappointment! The plane was decrepit, the fleet staff rude, communication pathetic, delays & pure discomfort. First time ever you’ve disappointed me & I know I wasn’t alone in feeling this.
