Hey @frankturner! Was suppose to see you this Sunday 20/02 in Brighton, just realised we weren’t refunded in full from @seetickets. Full cost £89, refunded £75. £14 in fees seems pretty excessive not to be refunded when the cancellation was out of our hands. Anything you can do?!

Hey @DPDgroup_news. Why do your delivery drivers not bother to knock or ring the doorbell anymore? I was in and listening out. They left a parcel worth over £200 on the doorstep for anyone to take. I didn’t notice for nearly an hour & this isn’t the first time this has happened!
