@Iberia - continued horrific customer service. To be offered only 1/3 of the true fare difference between business class and the class you downgraded me to is unacceptable...esp since it was your mistake. Borderline theft! Visitors to Spain beware. Be sure to pick alternative air
@iberia what a complete s-show. Business class purchase and confirmation on IB377 and bumped down to premium eco in a 10+ hr flight. Last time. No help at multiple airports. WORST EVER!!
@JetBlue this is a complete untruth! Be sure to send sources that provide legitimate flight updates the real information. Inbound flight arrived on time as Iโm sure you will report to dept of transportation
@JetBlue Ahhโฆnow weโre being a bit more truthful. Pretty sure those two sick crew members didnโt just call out 5 mins ahead of our flight boarding to let you know they wouldnโt be working today.
@JetBlue Thank you for proving my point. Delay not due to prior flight which landed at 3:56 pm and arrived at gate at 4:35pm. Canโt wait for your next reply.
@JetBlue I understand delays. Just be transparent with the real info. Prior flight was not delayed and the last email/text detail from customer comms yold me we would depart at 515. Just acknowledge the truth.
@JetBlue letโs get your comms right pls. For the second time in four days your flight info is woefully challenged. Multiple text msgs with different updated departure times. Not sure when we should expect to fly. Not the weather today.
@JetBlue received email that flight 1823 is delayed until 8:01pm but inbound flight from EWR - flight 305- is en route and scheduled to arrive at 5:02. Flight tracker shows 1823 will depart at 5:42pm. Who am I to believe?
@JetBlue sure would be nice to get a text notification about a 4-hr flight delay when you actually make the decision versus stumbling upon it on the drive to the airport.
