@FitbitSupport This doesn’t help me when my keeper has broken off, my strap comes loose and could be lost. I can’t buy the petal strap, but I also shouldn’t have to when it is a known issue and as I said, family members with the same problem have had a replacement

@FitbitSupport is there anyone who can help with getting a part replaced for my versa 2 strap? I filed a claim and it has been denied. Yet I know this is a fault and have friends who have had theirs replaced. The piece that holds the strap together when fastened has snapped off!

@FitbitUK I filled a claim and it says declined, and won’t let me do anything else about it. This is a fault I’ve seen on a few peoples bands so I feel this is unfair! My friend and mum has had theirs replaced!

@cineworld There was nobody sat at the front at any time throughout the film and we didn’t want to have to leave the movie to speak to someone, missing the movie and also disrupting the other people sat on the row

@cineworld No. We asked the people to move from our seats but they just moved to more random ones. There were people directly in the seats next to us, someone came to check the screen but didn’t move anyone. We didn’t realise the water wasn’t working until near the end of the film...
