I have ordered spare parts for my A Star with order I’d - 1701709237-3369 dated 04/12/23 at 22:30 IST. Today is 09/01/2024, more than one month and still not received my order. No supports no contact number pathetic service, will not use in future.

@KotakBankLtd I have charged rs 999 for annual membership against my credit card. As far as I remember it was specially mentioned at the time of issuing as lifetime free credit card.

@SkodaIndia I purchased Skoda kushaq Style variant. At that time my skoda app was registered with someone else details. When I approached dealer he told after car registration he can change details regarding ownership & servicing.
