🚨 IDBI BANK IS NOT FOR SALE! OUR FUTURE IS NOT A DEAL! ✊

A CALL TO EVERY IDBI BANK EMPLOYEE — STAND UP, SPEAK UP, UNITE!

Dear IDBI Bank colleagues,
Our jobs, our dignity, our career growth, and the future of generations to come are at stake. We cannot afford to remain silent while decisions about our future are being made.

We have dedicated our hard work, time, and commitment to building this institution. Our voices deserve to be heard, and our concerns deserve serious consideration.

🔥 THE TIME TO UNITE IS NOW!
✊ Stand together to protect our rights and job security.
✊ Raise your voice against privatisation and demand transparency.
✊ Demand clear safeguards for employees, future recruitment, and reservation opportunities.
✊ Join hands with your colleagues and make our collective voice impossible to ignore.

Remember, a divided workforce is easier to ignore, but a united workforce can demand accountability.

This is not just about a bank. This is about our careers, our families, our dignity, and the future of public sector banking in India.

DON’T JUST WATCH THE FUTURE BEING DECIDED — MAKE YOUR VOICE COUNT!

🏦 SAVE IDBI BANK

✊ STAND UNITED. PROTECT EMPLOYEES. OPPOSE PRIVATISATION.

Whenever this party says something, You might find the reality is exactly the opposite!

Reservation-based jobs are shrinking /disappearing. 15 PSBs merged, IDBI is being sold, fresh recruitment is inadequate, and even existing vacancies aren’t being filled. Waiting for another Merger ?

20000 employees cleared IBPS EXAM and joined public sector bank.
How can this government unilateraly privatise a bank ?
Can this government answer to all employees who worked day and night to clear tough IBPS Exam.
We earned this job.

Selling a cleaned-up, profitable bank after public recapitalization is a one-time fiscal receipt, not economic reform.

Real revamp would mean better governance, competition, technology, and reducing the need for repeated taxpayer support—not just transferring assets after the heavy lifting is done with public money.
