@Dotdarling68@MarinaHyde My daughter does the same when walking back on her own at Uni. Her and her older sister always message me once they are safe back home after a night out as well.
@danny_robins My family have a habit of appearing to siblings or siblings spouses after theyโve died to say goodbye. According to my Mum my Uncle said goodbye to my Dad and told him to look after his wife my Dadโs Sister, years later my Mum said goodbye to my Aunt after sheโd died.
@Kit_Yates_Maths@tigresseleanor My Daughter wears a mask to all her lectures. Sheโs the only one but sheโs studying biochemistry and has a mum with long Covid so well understands the risk of huge lectures halls with 500 students coughing away.
@1goodtern I visited the local county archives this week (im a genealogist). I wore an ffp2 mask, I sat far away from everyone else. Was joined by a lady who sat opposite me & began coughing so bad she had to leave the room. Have been using viraleze & mouthwash since I got home. ๐คฆโโ๏ธ
@danny_robins My Dad told me lots of stories of him as a child travelling with his parents & siblings from East London/Dagenham to Kent for hop picking every summer. I need to ask him where it was they went. ๐ค
@1goodtern Spoke to a friend last night, theyโve had two friends dead in the last week, both in their 60โs one was out cycling, the other was walking their dog. One had lung cancer but thatโs not what killed him, the other was supposed to be very fit.
@Jo_11__ I was on a zoom coffee morning call this morning, and one mum was โgoing down with a coldโ, one had caught a diarrhoea from their young son & another had awful cough from their holiday.. 2 of these could be prevented by clean air in schools blocking the transmission link.
