@CrossCountryUK how can my delay repay be unsuccessful for a trip MAN to WOP last Wed? There were signalling probs at NewStreet meaning the train was over an hour delayed and terminated at NewStreet so didn’t make it to WOP! I’ve appealed once, how do I raise a formal complaint?

@CrossCountryUK every evening on my train from new street to Worcester parkway there are no reservations up yet people have reserved seats. Can you either stop allowing reservations or put the tickets up? It causes chaos and upset passengers who sit down unknowingly
