@flannelsfashion can anyone help!!! My parcel has been at the depot since 27/11, after many calls to flannels and DPD I'm assured someone will call me and investigate.. still no call still no parcel, your happy to of taken my money for goods I don't have, please can I get help!!

@Nike I placed an order 20th November. Despite various online chats calls to customer care false promises of the order to be cancelled and refunded still no further forward !!! What a joke. Please can you send me a link to log a formal complaint.
