I’ve been in my house for 3 years now and still haven’t sorted the solar panel transfer!

@British_Airways how ridiculous! I spend 2 months trying to call and get a refund to no avail, and give in to a voucher. Try to book new flights...and you have to call to use future vouchers! And low and behold, no calls accepted right now. You're making it impossible.

@DPD_UK Thoroughly disappointed. Should have had two parcels delivered a week ago but I wasn’t home. Had an email on 3 consecutive days saying that my parcels will be available to collect the next day...but that day never seems to come! And then haven’t heard anything since Sat!
