@bookingcom I have a property booked in Cardiff for 2 nights starting todayobviously no way of getting there today. I contacted the property owners they said to contact you to cancel tonight and get a refund. I can’t find how to partially cancel a booking on the app. Please help!

@FirstBusnews how do I raise an official customer complaint? Shocking customer service, poor systems, poor communication, 16 year old girl left stranded on side of the road this morning, inconsistent pricing - I could go on……

@Fabletics shocking customer service - phoned and cancelled subscription on Saturday - tried to get me to stay by offering 20% off. Today, £49 taken out of my account after being assured it wouldn’t. I expect this to be refunded tomorrow, if not I’m contacting the FSA
