@HMRCcustomers Hi yes I've seen the webpage but the problem is that when I ring the helpline, as the webpage says to, I don't get put through to an adviser. I just get an automated summary of when you're eligible to add another child by phone but no option to actually add the child.

@HMRCcustomers help please! I'm trying to add a 2nd child to existing child benefit claim but the phone helpline doesn't put me through to an adviser. Just tells me what the eligibility is for doing it by phone then tells me to hang up...
