This situation is absolutely unacceptable. I demand that the fridge be repaired or replaced immediately. We have been more than patient, but this has now gone far beyond reasonable limits. I expect prompt action without any further excuses.

Let me be absolutely clear: the refrigerator was working perfectly fine before your technician arrived. It was his reckless use of thinner on the internal wires and circuit that caused the complete breakdown of the fridge.

He ordered a replacement, yet despite a month-long delay, the part is still undelivered, and I have received no updates or resolution.
This level of service is completely unacceptable.
I expect immediate action to resolve this without any further delay.

I am extremely frustrated with the lack of resolution regarding my refrigerator issue.
On 21-Dec, I reported a display issue under the AMC, and a technician was sent to address it. Instead of fixing the problem, he damaged the entire door, making the situation worse
