50,000+ orders taught me one thing:
Getting orders is not the hardest part of e-commerce.
Getting profitable orders is.
Sales can feed your ego.
Profit feeds your business.
Took me years to understand the difference.
I didn’t start a business because I had everything figured out.
I started, made mistakes, lost money, learned, and kept going.
Still figuring things out every day.
But one thing is certain — I’d choose building something of my own again.

Question for Indian e-commerce sellers:
What hurts your profitability the most?
A) RTO
B) Customer returns
C) Marketplace fees
D) Ads
For me, returns + RTO have been the biggest headache.

@Vanshi_agr Love seeing bootstrapped brands reach this stage. Building without external funding while competing for visibility with big names is a different game altogether. 👏
Built my business quietly for years.
Made mistakes. Lost money. Learned e-commerce the hard way.
Now I’ll share the real journey here — numbers, wins, failures & lessons from building a business in India.
No guru talk. Just real experience. 🚀
@OnlineLegalInd
Stop assuming customers are fools.
I filed another trademark through a different service provider—the entire process was done in 2–3 days.
I paid the Govt fee directly on the official portal and received my TM application too.
@RajeshFastInfo@OnlineLegalInd
Sir, it’s been almost a month since I paid your company, and I’m still being given the same “24 hours” excuse.
Those 24 hours never seem to end. I’m mentally exhausted chasing your team. Very disappointed.
Please help get my work done.
Almost a MONTH of calls & follow-ups and now they want another ₹4,500 from me as Govt fee
After what happened with my first payment why would I trust them again? I’m ready to pay the Govt fee directly on the official portal but they refuse.
Why?@OnlineLegalInd@RajeshFastInfo
@OnlineLegalInd@RajeshFastInfo@jagograhakjago@JagranNews Dear @OnlineLegalIndia, genuine question: how long is “24 hours” in your calendar? 😂
This email is from 21 Sept promising resolution within 24 hours/1 working day.
Today is 24 Sept.
Still waiting. Still following up. Still getting copy-paste replies.
@OnlineLegalInd@extrapao@AditiS90@YourStoryCo@Inc42 Another copy-paste reply. Same “escalated to our expert team” on every tweet.
I’m not asking for assurances anymore. I’m asking for ACTION.
How many escalations does one case need before someone actually resolves it?
Your “expert team” seems expert only at copy-pasting replies
30+ people reported similar issues in just ONE WEEK—and those are only the ones who spoke up. Who knows how many simply gave up on their money?
I don’t know if my voice will matter, but if it saves even ONE person, it’s worth it.
Media is a pillar of democracy.
Please highlight this. Many customers are publicly reporting payments followed by non-delivery, delays & endless follow-ups with @OnlineLegalInd. Why are these complaints going unheard?
@aajtak@ndtv@IndiaToday@CNNnews18@ABPNews@timesofindia
@RajeshFastInfo talks about building a multi-crore company from ₹1,000.
But multiple customers have publicly reported taking payment, non-delivery of promised services, repeated “24-hour” assurances and poor response.
These allegations deserve answers.
@jagograhakjago
So many customers are publicly reporting poor service, unanswered calls, delayed work, and alleged scams after payments were taken.
Some have been following up for months, yet no meaningful action seems to be happening.
