I asked the agent of the store why it is told by airtel. She just frankly said they have not updated the website. This is a complete scam by airtel.

my device not shows 5g+ sign on airtel sim, first I raised many tickets via airtel thanks app but today I visited airtel store. They told me that airtel has discontinued unlimited plans for prepaid sim cards 2months ago.This @scam is run by airtel.@airtelindia @aajtak (1/2)

why the cancellation of the ticket want agent and convenience fee if there's already cancellation charges rs120
