@ITVX your tv app is the WORST app I have ever had the misery to use. It's just absolutely awful. Have spent 45 minutes now, trying to watch something. Broadband working perfectly, Netflix and Prime working but your app, NOTHING. And I pay for it as well. And it's awful.

@EE our broadband has been down since yesterday. I'm a counsellor and have all online sessions today. Can't tether to my phone as the signal is so rubbish these days. What do I do? How do I get a refund for the time with no service? Potentially going to lose a day of earnings.😕

@bt_uk My Mum (70s) and Dad (80s) have just received this email about their broadband. £66 for 18mb???? That is virtually unusable and ridiculously expensive.
