@JioCare I am simply requesting that a local service engineer visit my area, identify the problem, and resolve it.
It is disappointing that such a large organization seems unable or unwilling to send a single service engineer to address a customer's issue.

Hi, I am still facing issues with this Wi-Fi connection. Despite multiple complaints, no engineer has visited to inspect the faulty connection. Could you please explain the delay and arrange a technician visit at the earliest? I would appreciate a prompt resolution.

@JioCare I have raised a total of four tickets regarding this issue, but the response from your customer service team has been extremely slow and disappointing. Despite several follow-ups, there has been no resolution or proper communication.

@JioCare I raised my first complaint on 8 June. Since then, multiple service visits have been scheduled and repeatedly rescheduled. However, no technician has visited even after 11 days.
