And the rel!gious people that believe this are the most senseless..
You believe the God you serve frowns upon fornication, you believe fornication is a sin
But somehow someway, God placed your ‘blessings’ inside a fornicating tool with the person you’re fornicating with🤡🤡
I’m here to reassure you: Barcelona will be much stronger defensively next season than they were last year—maybe even stronger than during the domestic treble season.
Flick’s philosophy has always been to defend through attacking, not by sitting deep. His system depends heavily on the quality of the team’s pressing from the front, which starts with the forwards. That’s why the biggest reason Barcelona’s defense declined last season was actually the drop-off in the attack.
Injuries to Raphinha and Lamine, the team’s two best pressers—especially Raphinha.
Lewandowski’s age has caught up with him, and he can no longer press at the required intensity.
Rashford simply isn’t a player known for pressing.
This season, though, Flick has a squad full of pressing machines: Raphinha, Adeyemi, Gordon, Lamine, and Julián Álvarez if the deal goes through. On top of that, Barcelona have brought in a new fitness coach to help reduce injury problems.
That means the team’s pressing issues should be largely solved, and as a result, Barcelona are expected to become significantly stronger defensively.
That’s also why Flick is reportedly pushing so hard to sign Álvarez, prioritizing him over a center-back or any other signing—to complete his attacking unit.
I’ll give you 10.
1. Buy a car before you build a house.
2. Start investing now. Even if it’s just ₦10,000 every single month. Give it 10 years and you’ll thank yourself.
3. Never spend money to please anybody. Spend only when it's needed. Know the difference between needs and wants.
4. Invest in your future, not in validation. Don’t buy the latest iPhone just so people can see you have money. A smartphone is a smartphone.
5. Live on 70% of your salary. The other 30% goes strictly into savings and investments. No excuses.
6. Stop womanizing. Find one good woman and stay loyal. Womanizing costs far more than you think.
7. Never engage in fraud. You’ll only destroy your future. Dirty money will cost you your peace and your health.
8. If you earn ₦100k a month, your rent should never exceed ₦100–150k. You shouldn’t have to save for months just to pay rent. One month’s salary (or one and a half at most) should cover it.
9. Invest in mutual funds.
10. Invest in good books. Read financial books. Here are 10 I recommend:
- The Richest Man in Babylon - George S. Clason
- Rich Dad Poor Dad - Robert Kiyosaki
- The Psychology of Money – Morgan Housel
- I Will Teach You To Be Rich – Ramit Sethi
- The Millionaire Next Door – Thomas J. Stanley
- Think and Grow Rich – Napoleon Hill
- Your Money or Your Life – Vicki Robin
- The Intelligent Investor – Benjamin Graham
- Atomic Habits – James Clear (money is built on habits)
- A Random Walk Down Wall Street by Burton Malkiel
Above all, love God.
Many people call him Governor Amuneke. I call him a memory. Beyond this cap, beyond this agbada, behind every joke, is the story of a boy who refused to accept that broken systems were normal. Every laugh hides a question. Every skit carries a memory. Every edit challenges us to see what was left out. I’m Arua Kevin Chinedu, and I’ll be joining other remarkable speakers at TEDxMaitama 2026 on July 25th. Come with me as we go beyond the edit, and discover the power of satire to rebuild accountability. I’ll see you there.
Your body does not know that you stopped at 9,999 steps. There is no magical switch that turns on when you reach 10,000 steps. The important thing is to move your body regularly and avoid sitting down all day. So if you are currently doing 2,000 steps a day, continue. Don’t wait until you can do 10,000. Start by showing up every day.
Deal?
See, in this new age and time…
You don’t even need to learn game.. You don’t need to learn stoicism

I Used to Think Love Was About Finding the Right Person, But at 30, I Don’t Believe That Anymore— BBN’s Sheggz
Former Big Brother Naija housemate Sheggz has opened up about how his understanding of love has changed over the years, saying he no longer believes that love is about finding the perfect person.
Reflecting on his journey, Sheggz said, “I used to think love was about finding the right person. But at 30, I don’t believe that anymore. I’ve had relationships that looked amazing on the outside, and I’ve had relationships that completely humbled me. But every single one taught me something.”
Speaking on the lessons he has learned, he added, “One of the biggest lessons that I learned is, love doesn’t just expose the other person. It also exposes you. Your ego, your communication, your insecurities, your patience, and the parts of you that you thought were perfect but need working on.”
He also admitted that his idea of an ideal relationship has evolved with time.
“I used to think the best relationships were relationships with people that didn’t challenge me. But now I’ve realized that the best relationships are the relationships that challenge you to be the best version of yourself, constantly.”
According to Sheggz, he is no longer swayed by chemistry alone but now values consistency, healthy communication and accountability in a relationship.
“So these days, I’m less impressed by chemistry, but I’m more impressed by consistency. Can we communicate when we’re upset? Can we take accountability when we’re wrong? Can we protect each other’s peace instead of just trying to prove that you’re right or I’m right?”
Concluding, the reality TV star said, “So at 30, I don’t think love is finding somebody that’s perfect. I think love is two imperfect people coming together to grow, respect each other, and build something special together. And yeah, that’s the type of situation I’m trying to build. Not perfection, just my version of what’s perfect, basically.”
1. Be vigilant in keeping your conversations, inboxes, direct messages, emails, & texts PURE.
2. Beware of those who use phrases like "this is between us," "you can trust me," or "I won't tell anyone" to get you to lower your guards or remove your boundaries.
3. Anything sown in secret is subject to a public harvest.
4. So be loving; but not lenient. Be friendly but firm. Be compassionate but clear.
5. Don't tolerate inbox chatter that would compromise your character or taint your testimony.
6. Let the last time you did it be the last time you will ever do it.
I hope this is clear?
