@parcelforce you need to have a word with your Bristol depot. My parcel (VJ2417151) was dispatched on 17th Aug & I still haven't had it. Apparently you've got staffing issues? Do you think I'm naive? No; its just that no-one can be bothered to deliver to me. Any comment?

@Wolves Massive thank you to your lovely staff this afternoon for allowing two (very happy) boys see the pitch as part of our @StadiumHoppers tour of the UK! Not every stadium has been as welcoming and friendly. Especially great to meet Graham Hughes who was SO knowledgeable!
