Pt 2. Our fault. I don’t really understand how an internal fault is something we could do but go on. I want this issue resolved as technically we should be under warranty.
@VeryHelpers hello. I bought a tv from you in April and it now seems to be faulty. A spec seems to have appear within the tv, internally. We rang to try and get help but we’re told that there is nothing they could do bcos it was cosmetic, basically blaming us that it was (pt1)
I have been trying to get a response for months now and there has still been no reply. With strikes and closures occurring also it’s becoming ridiculous. We applied for it in June.
@HM_Passport is there anyway you can help with passport update? We ordered it in June and it still seems to be checking his identity. We fly in September.
