A new video trending on social media shows an excerpt from a sermon by the Catholic Bishop of Nsukka, Bishop Godfrey Onah, speaking about how the violence on Christians in Nigeria is comparable to the crucifixion of Christ.

OPEN LETTER TO NIGERIA CHRISTIANS

Dear Nigerian Christians,

I greet you all in the name of Olodumare. I greet you in the name of the creator of all things.
My message will be clear, simple and concise. A war has been declared on you by Fulanii Jihadists who have weaponized Banditry as a means of cover for their real intentions in Nigeria. That phenomena is called the "Jihadization of Banditry". Till you are all wiped out, the government will continue to deny your extinction and some pastors will even say, you are all crying for nothing. This is the exact playbook in Sudan. It's a photocopy of terrorism against all of us.

This is not a Religious war but a Fulanii war of expansion on the rest of us. Millions of well meaning Muslims especially in Yorubaland and the Middle Belt will be with you side by side to fight against this monsters symmetrically and asymmetrically.
In 1840, a lot of Yoruba Muslims war generals like Balogun Ali and Balogun Osundina fought brutally and Gallantly against Yoruba speaking Jihadist forces from Ilorin who were supported by the Sokoto Caliphate. This is the continuation of that war.

They use religion as a cover but this people are embarking on Fulanization via guns and bullets.
On behalf of the entire Think Yoruba First organization worldwide, we humbly stand with our Christian brothers and sisters.

The Nigerian Church must damn political correctness and arm themselves for self defense, if not they will be wiped out off the surface of earth.

In 2010, there were 2.5 million Christians in Syria and Iraq by 2025, we have merely 100,000 Christians left. They were all killed by Arab sunni militants (ISIS).
If you wait for any government to organise and help you, you will all be wiped out because the government of Nigeria doesn't care. They are more interested in giving money to accvrsed bloggers and propagandists to hide your martyrdom and blood.

If the Nigerian Christians listen to the government, they will become like the Christians of Lebanon who were wiped out by Palestinian Jihadists in the 1980s.

Therefore, the Nigerian Christians must be prepared for a gruesome 20 years of agony in order to preserve their lives and faith. What happened in Sudan is already here in Nigeria. It is a slow motion Genocide. Your members will be kidnapped and the ransom collected will be used to buy weapons to kill you more and more.

When they are done, they will come for moderate Muslims like us and finish us off.

We have seen this before in Sudan, Mali, Afghanistan, Syria, Lebanon and C.A.R.

To all Yorubas, we must be strong and determined. We must think Yoruba First to survive. Let those who want to sacrifice their lives for Nigeria continue but we who want to defend YORUBALAND till death must be prepared also!

Until the Fulanii hegemony is crushed in Nigeria, nobody stands a chance.
