कृपया ऐसी कार्य संस्कृति विकसित करें, जहाँ किसी कर्मचारी को अपनी पीड़ा व्यक्त करने के लिए "Resignation" जैसा कदम उठाने की नौबत ही न आए

PSB profits increased from ₹1 lakh crore to ₹2 lakh crore(nearly 100%) in the last 4 years.

PSB business increased from ₹200 lakh crore to ₹280 lakh crore (above 40%) in the last 4 years.

Employee strength remained almost stagnant, with only about a 1% increase.

LIC basic pay increased by around 65% while bankers continue to be exploited.

AIBEA, AIBOC and UFBU have failed to deliver justice to bankers.
