72 Indian Navy personnel have completed the Classical Hatha Yoga Training Programme at Sadhguru's Isha Yoga Centre in Coimbatore. The 15-day residential course, held from 17-31 March, equipped participants with practices such as Aum Chanting, Isha Kriya, and Angamardana to enhance physical and mental resilience. Sadhguru emphasised the importance of yoga in maintaining strength and clarity for those offering the highest service to the nation.
