What if
Someone like super metro would have subscriptions
Example if a bus fare is 100 one way then it’s 200 a day x25 days a month - 5000sh
If supermetro sold a subscription of say 5000sh pm and you could board the mat unlimited number of times for that month
It would be incredibly amazing for their cash flows
Before you ask I have done research on this greatly and barely should you have an entire 33 people go to work every day the whole month
That spike could cover for those who take more than 2 trips
If this happens you pay all your costs at the beginning of the month ie rent,net ,transport,phone electricity and water
Leaving you to think about food only
Cash is king assume 8000 people use super metro daily that’s almost a bus worth of cash monthly
The other costs za kubeba mchana will cover fuel and salaries
