@kelseyhightower Not sure if there's this "who I really am" thing... There's at most a tentative way to describe ourselves in a specific situation, with the limited tool that language is, that at the second you finish describing, seems already obsolete (and incorrect for other situations)...

@dave_reis The insight I liked the most is that front line managers currently don't have the vocabulary. I think they themselves struggle thinking that the message about work life balance is contradictory to a message of stronger work, of changing how you do work.
