10 yrs ago, I bought a new Barratt home, now I’m stuck in the nightmare of trying to sell.
Barratt seemingly cut & run from the project, the 100’s of loose ends to tie has meant a 5 month slog to get a Deed of Variation before I can exchange contracts. @Barrattplc

This Deed of Variation now sits waiting to be signed by BDW = delaying the process yet again.
Building developments = a licence to print money from the subsequent “Property Management Companies” that are left “in charge “.

If anyone from Barratt Developments plc or their solicitors feels like that would like to help me. Please DM because no one is answering emails.
Advice; don’t buy a new Barratt home. It will be unsellable.@Barrattplc
HELP US GET JUSTICE FOR EDDIE
Eddie was a beloved 7 year old Tibetan Terrier. His family are hard working and did everything right. On the 25 August Eddie was euthanised after 5 agonizing days fighting for his life. He was brutally savaged by an out of control American Bully while on his favourite walk in Buckingham.
Despite having insurance Eddie's family are out thousands of pounds, police refuse to take any action against the Bully's owner (despite him being involved in other incidents before) and have closed his case, the local MP @gregsmith_uk hasn't bothered to respond to a single email and the American Bully can continue to roam free without muzzle or leash.
You can read the full harrowing account of what happened to Eddie here: https://t.co/Fb65ThT8TJ
We're calling on justice for Eddie. This can't be allowed to happen. Eddie's family has been failed by virtually every single local institution around them.
Everyone says its the owner not the dog. Yet ignore the reality time and time again that bad owners get away with impunity.
Also, weren't the Conservatives supposed to be tough on crime? Seems @gregsmith_uk's actions suggest something quite different.

Statements and questions that are never a good sign:
“We need to talk”
“I don’t mean to worry you…”
“I’ve been thinking”
“The ceiling looks wet”
“Stay extremely still”
“Was this always like this?”
“I’ve got a bone to pick with you”
“What’s that buzzing?”
“Honestly, I’m fine”
